Caring For Your Hair

To add further hydration to the hair you may want to embark on a two step process known as moisturize and seal.
Caring for your hair. Trim your hair every few weeks to get rid of those brown and rough split ends. This can be particularly useful for kinky or coily hair that tends to be dry. Cut about 1 4th an inch of your hair every 6 to 8 weeks to avoid the split ends to grow out again.
Restrict using your shampoo to your scalp as that is what needs cleansing. Always detangle your hair with a wide toothed comb and avoid brushing your hair too often which can cause breakage. Always wash your hair with either lukewarm or cool water to close the hair cuticles and retain the moisture in it.
We re all prone to using 2 3 pumps of shampoo when washing our hair. Wash your hair using a sulfate free shampoo. To take care of your hair limit shampooing to every other day and follow up with a high quality conditioner made for your hair type.
Wash your hair just once a week to prevent it from getting too dry.
